Slew Drives
Driving integration
Titanus Slew Rings (TSR) supplies ready-to-use slew drives in both worm and geared drive systems. Both systems are pre-configured to accept either hydraulic or electric drives in an enclosed housing. Slew drives are pre-lubricated and can accept a wide variety of axial and radial loads and can deliver high torque.
Pre-engineered drives reduce the costs of engineering and shorten the design and supply cycle for new products. Finished housings are supplied coated and are ideal for safety and exposure to dust and rain. Some housings can be customised by the addition of brakes, sensors, and lube systems for high utilisation.
The TSR WGE worm enclosure drive is slower moving and self-locking with a high degree of positional accuracy. The TSR SGE spur enclosure is built for quicker and regular angular deployment.
